We still love our chickens

We’ve had some new additions whose arrival has been overshadowed by the frolicking kids. Our little ones are growing up so fast! Boom-boom’s kids are 4 weeks old already and teaching the new guys the ropes. Just over a week old, Pockets’ kiddos were due for their debudding. Farmer Dave decided that he’d seen the process enough times it’d be just as well to save ourselves the expense and long drive by doing the debudding on our urban farm. Not my favorite decision.
