More About Our Company

After a decade of sweating blood and living the dream, I have relocated to the Grandin Village of Roanoke, VA where I manage the natural products business, and grow my own food and medicine. It is lovely to return to the heart of the blue ridge mountains of Virginia with my family of goats nearby, turning grass into soap & weeds into remedies.

Wish We Had Acres’ soap was inspired by family with sensitive skin. Goat’s milk is naturally high in vitamins and minerals: Iron, Magnesium, Potassium, Protein, Zinc, Calcium, Vitamins A, B-6, C, D, E, B-12. Each bar offers more than one full ounce of our farm raised goat milk.

I began raising dairy goats to connect with my food source and love growing my own food as medicine. We are so fortunate to have rich mountain medicine from our local growers, foragers and wild crafters. Those dedicating their lives to our well being are family. Wish We Had Acres is my humble contribution. Thank you for being part of this journey.
