Do you love chocolate?  Do you love goat cheese?  Come learn how to make goat cheese on the farm, then turn your farm fresh goat cheese into truffles with Renee and Chef Ricky from Madison Chocolatiers West.

Class size is limited to 10 people, so sign up quick!!

Bring your favorite beverage to enjoy as you mix, roll and taste.  You will make plenty to sample immediately and bring a box of chocolates home with you to share or hoard.
