YOGA ON THE FARM – JULY Sundays 7-8pm* NEW TIME

Have you always wanted to do mountain pose next to a goat? There are 10 baby goats, some curious mamas and our newest little squeaker Sadie the Sow… they love our yoga days as much as we do. Be prepared for yoga poses to be interrupted by goat noses. It’s a laid back and family friendly class. Get in some good stretches, take in the fresh air, and snuggle our adorable baby goats!

Join us JULY 10th and JULY 17th Sundays from 7-8pm on the farm for a refreshing outdoor All levels Yoga Flow class led by your Synergy Yoga team. Cost- by cash donation – suggested $7-$10 per person.

Bring your own yoga mat and water.

*Farm bug spray is available.
*Weather permitting
*Kids are welcomed as long as they are with a parent or adult guardian.
*No dogs allowed.

Please carpool as parking is limited.
