YOGA ON THE FARM

Have you always wanted to do mountain pose next to a goat? Come join us every Sunday in April 5-6 pm at the farm for a refreshing outdoor All levels Yoga Flow class led by your Synergy Yoga team. Cost- by cash donation – suggested $10 per person.
Teaching Schedule: 4/10 Sara, 4/17 Sara, 4/24 Pam.
Bring your own yoga mat, water, and bug spray.
*Weather permitting
*Kids are welcomed as long as they are with a parent or adult guardian.
*No dogs allowed.
