Take a botanical walk with Dr. Dave, learn herbal remedies to aid in digestion, make your own medicine, and bring home your choice of an herbal tea blend or tincture.
Dr. Dave will discuss a few of his favorite herbs that promote a healthy digestive system. We will look at major digestive imbalances, such as constipation, diarrhea, IBS, colitis, parasites and candida.
We will identify beneficial herbs and work with Dr. Dave in the preparation of botanical tinctures and tea blends. We will macerate, taste, identity and create different extractions to aid in digestion.
The herbal take home will be your choice of an herbal tea blend or a 1oz Tummy Tranquility tincture.
