Kombucha – fermented sweet tea – is a refreshing soda alternative, bursting with probiotics, B-vitamins and antioxidants. If you can make sweet tea, you can make kombucha at home. Beginner-friendly fermentation. If you are an avid kombucha consumer, spare your pocket book by learning this simple age-old craft. Brew a gallon for the cost of one retail kombucha.
