Sierra Club Panel

The Sierra Club is hosting an event tonight, Wednesday July 22, 2015 at 6:30pm. Dr. Dave joins the Sierra Club panel discussion focused on local, organic, sustainable, slow food, farm-to-table, and farm-to-fork food culture here in Charlotte.
It is a meeting all about local food and the leaders dedicated to developing a more self-reliant and resilient food network that enhances sustainability, community health and our local economy. Dr. Dave has been invited to join in a panel of local food leaders to highlight what our community has to offer and the opportunities to make Charlotte a truly self-reliant and resilient food community. He will be accompanied by Lyn Caldwell of Atherton Mill and Market, and Nicki Panos of Slow Food Charlotte.
There will be a Local Food Potluck Dinner and a raffle of gift certificates and local goods generously donated from the following businesses:

The event is taking place on Wednesday July 22 at 6:30 p.m.
